By engaging with our services or products, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

By registering yourself with us you authorize us to contact you via email/ phone call, WhatsApp or SMS and offer you our services, imparting product knowledge, offer promotional offers running on the website, irrespective of the fact if also you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service, you still authorize us to give you a call from SolarSquare for the above-mentioned purposes

Scope of Services

We provide the , sale, installation, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems (“Solar System”) for residential and commercial properties. Additional services may include energy audits, battery storage, and monitoring systems.

 
Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;

  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract;

  • Be the property owner or have authorization to install a solar system on the property.

 
Quotations and Pricing​

  • Prices may be subject to change due to changes in government incentives, equipment availability, or site conditions.

  • Any variation to the agreed price will be communicated and must be approved by the Customer.

 
Installation and Access

  • You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the installation site.

  • Our team will take reasonable care during installation but is not liable for any pre-existing damage or structural issues.

 
Permits and Approvals

  • We will assist with or handle the application for necessary permits and grid connection where applicable.

  • Final approval and timing are subject to the relevant utility and local authorities.

 
Warranties

  • Equipment is covered by manufacturer warranties, typically 5 years.

  • Installation workmanship is covered by a five-year warranty from the date of completion.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.

Shipping

  • The project timeline ranges from 45 to 90 days, with no dependencies that could cause delays. However, in the event of unforeseen delays, the timeline may be extended. Customers will be promptly notified of any such extensions.

 
Maintenance and Monitoring

  • Ongoing maintenance and system monitoring may be offered as part of a separate service agreement.

  • We recommend annual inspections for optimal performance.

 
Payments and Financing

  • A deposit is required to confirm your order.

  • Full payment terms, including milestone payments and due dates, will be detailed in your proposal or invoice.

  • We may offer third-party financing; terms of those agreements are governed by the third-party provider.

 
Cancellations and Refunds

  • The advance payment is non refundable under any circumstances.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a project under specific conditions, such as site safety concerns or denied permits.

 
Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.
