Refund Policy

At Eco Grid, we are committed to providing high-quality solar power systems and excellent customer service. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment/Installation:
  Customers may cancel their order within 7 days of purchase if the product has not yet been shipped or installation has not begun. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, minus any processing fees (if applicable).

• After Shipment/Installation Has Begun:
  Orders cannot be canceled once the product has shipped or installation work has started.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

• The delivered product is substantially different from what was ordered.

• Installation was not completed due to our fault or technical issues we couldn’t resolve.

To request a refund, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery/installation and provide:

• Proof of purchase (invoice/order number)

• Photos or videos of the issue

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after product delivery or installation.

• Product issues resulting from improper use or third-party tampering.

• Customized or special-order systems tailored to specific requirements.

• Delay in project completion caused by customer-side factors (e.g., site inaccessibility, lack of approvals).

 

Return Process (if applicable)

If a return is approved:

• Products must be returned in original packaging.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

• Inspection may be required before processing the refund.

 

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product or confirm refund eligibility, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
